The town mouse and the Country mouse…
- Many years ago, in a country and the town mouse were friends.
- The country mouse lived in a field.
- He invited the town mouse for a dinner.
- They both sat in the fields.
- They ate nuts, corns and fruits.
- After the dinner, the town mouse said to country mouse, ” What a poor meals you have !
- Your food is test less.
- Come with me to town and see what I have eat testy testy food.
- My food is testy and good said town mouse.
- So, Both the friends set out to town.
- The town mouse lived a house.
- They both sat in the kitchen.
- The town mouse gave bread, biscuits and cakes for eat to the country mouse.
- As they were about to eat they heard a cat mieu…mieu…mieu….
- They run to the hole.
- They came back after some time.
- Half way through again the cat mieued…
- They ran again. Like this, they had to run for life many times before they could have a meal.
- The country mouse said, ” What a miserable life you lead ! At least in the fields, I live peacefully, without any trouble.”
Moral of the story is that the “Riches is not happiness always.”

शहरी चूहा और देहाती चूहा…
- कई साल पहले, एक देहाती चूहा और कस्बे का चूहा दोस्त थे।
- एक खेत में देशी चूहा रहता था।
- उसने शहरी चूहे को रात्रि भोज पर आमंत्रित किया।
- वे दोनों खेत में बैठ गये।
- उन्होंने मेवे, मक्का और फल खाए।
- रात्रिभोज के बाद, शहरी चूहे ने देहाती चूहे से कहा, “तुमने कितना ख़राब भोजन किया है!”
- आपका खाना टेस्ट लेस है।
- मेरे साथ शहर चलो और देखो मैंने क्या-क्या टेस्टी टेस्टी खाना खाया है।
- मेरा खाना टेस्टी है और टाउन माउस ने अच्छा कहा।
- तो, दोनों दोस्त शहर की ओर निकल पड़े।
- शहर का चूहा एक घर में रहता था।
- वे दोनों रसोई में बैठ गये।
- शहरी चूहे ने देशी चूहे को खाने के लिए रोटी, बिस्कुट और केक दिये।
- जैसे ही वे खाने वाले थे, उन्होंने बिल्ली की आवाज़ सुनी मिउ…मिउ…मिउ….
- वे छेद की ओर दौड़ते हैं।
- कुछ देर बाद वे वापस आये।
- आधे रास्ते में बिल्ली फिर बोली…म्याऊ,म्याऊ,म्याऊ…
- वे फिर भागे, इस तरह, भोजन करने से पहले उन्हें कई बार अपनी जान बचाने के लिए भागना पड़ा।
- देहाती चूहे ने कहा, “आप कितना दयनीय जीवन जी रहे हैं! कम से कम खेतों में तो मैं बिना किसी परेशानी के शांति से रहता हूं।”
इस कहानी से हमें येह सिख मिलती है की “अमीरी हमेशा खुश नहीं होती है।”
