- उसकी दीदी शिक्षिका नहीं थीऔर वह पढ़ती भी नहीं थी l
- वह बच्चों से तो बड़ी थी लेकिन शिक्षिका से छोटी थी l
- वह दुबली पतली सी, चमकीली आँखों वाली थी l
- उसके चेहरे पर हल्की सी मुस्कान थी l
- दीदी रोज स्कूल आने लगीऔर बच्चों की दोस्त बन गईऔर आगे चलकर वह शिक्षिका भी बन गई l

- घंटा घर के पास ही एक घर था जिसमें पक्षियों से प्यार करने वाली एक महिला रहती थी l
- वह पिंकू चिड़िया और उसके परिवार के लिए रोज एक रोटी का टुकड़ा डालती थी l
- एक दिन अचानक वह महिला बीमार पड़ गई और उसकी मौत हो गई l
- पिंकू चिड़िया और उसका पूरा परिवार उस औरत के ऊपर निर्भर था l
- अब उसके पास खाने लिए कुछ नहीं था और ना ही वह अपने लिए खाना जताने के लिए कुछ करते हैं l
- दिन भूख से बेहाल होने पर पिंकू चिड़ियाँ के पिता ने कीड़ों शिकार करने का फैसला किया l
- वह रोज शिकार करने लगे औरअपने बच्चों को भी शिकार करने को सिखाया l
- उस दिन के बाद टिंकू चिड़ियाऔर उसका पूरा परिवार शिकार करके अपना गुजारा करने लगे
